Tanks Water Heaters and Plumbing is exactly what the name says: a Sparks-based, owner-operated plumbing company that made water heaters its specialty — and built a reputation on answering the phone when nobody else does.
Adan Lopez — “Tank” to half his customers — runs every job with a small crew customers know by name: Saul, Fabian, Miguel, Doug. Read the reviews and a pattern shows up fast: called at night, there in the morning; called Saturday, hot water Sunday; called in a flood, walked through the shut-off before the truck even started.
With trade roots going back to 1994, the standard hasn’t changed: straight diagnosis, fair price agreed up front, clean work, and a callback policy that’s simple — if something’s not right, we come back.
